This  is a 3 month package of telephone only coaching.

The  Telephone package includes:

• 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions over a 3 month period (can be taken as half hours)

• Free email access to Sandra between sessions for top up coaching and to discuss progress

• A range of highly effective coaching tools designed by your coach to use straight away

• Feed back and home work

The  Telephone package is €750

The cost of your coaching package is payable in full in advance or may be spread over the duration of the package in monthly payments, by standing order, subject to a 10% admin fee. The first month must be paid in advance of the first session by bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
